Eric Odin loves flying, photography, plants and animals, farming and cookery and enjoys dreaming up improvements and renovations so that the chateau and its grounds continue to develop.
His wife Florence has worked in a number of European countries and in publishing. She answers telephone calls and deals with client relations, suppliers, service providers and the organisation of receptions and seminars.
” We came here in 1999 from the Southern Alps and initially used the chateau as a guest house and then as a hotel and gourmet restaurant for 2 years. From 2006 we decided to offer our guests the real privilege of life in a chateau: exclusive use! The chateau and its grounds are therefore hired out exclusively for receptions, seminars or residential stays for 20 to 28 people.”
